We open this center in Espartinas, our purpose being to offer inspiration, support and appropriate teachings so that people can build a daily practice and evolve in it, maintaining curiosity and constancy. And, of course, enjoy the wonderful benefits of this discipline, which only a few decades ago did not even exist in the West. As the great yogi Swami Sivananda said: “a gram of practice is worth more than a ton of theory.” Our doors are open to everyone.
